We decided to create a public service announcement over the importance of safety and wight training. Proper form of lifting is one of the most essential aspects to not get hurt while lifting. Physical education has got to be the hardest class to use technology, computer wise. In P.E. one of the biggest obstacles is time, having them use internet will take away time from the course objectives. The other problem is the lack of facilities. One of the ways you could use this, is for them to have to write blogs over how an activity went and if it was successful or not.
